You can upgrade anytime directly from the TYRIOS dashboard — either by switching individual apps or moving to a bundled plan when your needs grow.

It depends on how the limit is exceeded:

• Manual usage: If you're reaching a limit manually (e.g. adding products or contacts), TYRIOS will notify you — but nothing changes until you confirm an upgrade.

• Automated processes (e.g. importers or API): If a system action (like an importer or sync) exceeds a limit, TYRIOS may automatically upgrade the app to keep everything running smoothly.

You can downgrade again anytime before the end of your billing cycle — but only if the usage is back within the allowed free limits.

Example: If you have a free plan for 10 products, and your importer adds 190 more, the system upgrades you. To downgrade again, you'll need to reduce your product count first.

Yes! Every switch to a higher variant (e.g., Basic → Standard or Standard → Professional) automatically activates a 14-day trial — so you can try premium features risk-free.

In the free plan, a 4% + €0.30 fee applies per order.
Once you upgrade (e.g., to Commerce Standard at €9.95/month in the €19.90 bundle), fees drop to 1.8% + €0.30.
Higher plans like Commerce Pro (€74.85/month) eliminate transaction fees completely.

We support major credit cards, PayPal, and SEPA Direct Debit (depending on region and availability).

Yes! You can cancel any paid app with one month’s notice.
Your billing cycle starts on the day you sign up. For example, if you start on the 16th of a month, your billing cycle runs until the 15th of the next month.
Cancellations always apply to the end of the following billing cycle. So if you cancel on May 18 and your cycle started on April 16, your subscription ends on July 18.
After that, the app will switch back to the free plan limits.
