Improved cash register utilisation when switching tabs

Our TYRIOS POS system works on any internet-enabled device - from POS systems and laptops to tablets and mobile phones. It is possible to use one and the same POS terminal on different devices, making the checkout process as customer-friendly as possible.

To make this possible, TYRIOS automatically deactivates terminal use when the browser is inactive or the tab is switched. In this way, the checkout can be used quickly and easily on different PCs, tablets and mobile phones without incurring additional costs.

In response to many customer requests, the shopping basket will be retained in the checkout system during this process in future. This means that the checkout process can be resumed later at any time. The only requirement is that the virtual terminal must not be changed between checkout processes.
