eCash automations can now be controlled directly in the system settings

With the latest update in the TYRIOS eCash module, you now have significantly more control over recurring processes - directly via the interface, without manual cronjob configuration or support requests. This makes managing your eCash system easier, more flexible and more secure.

 

✨ What's new?

Previously, many recurring tasks - such as clearing between partners, settling employee benefits in kind or the expiry of bonus points - were managed using cronjobs. These jobs had to be set up and maintained in the background by Support.

From now on, you can define them yourself directly in the TYRIOS backend:

• Which tasks are executed automatically

• How often they are executed (daily, only on weekdays, monthly)

• Whether points expire after a certain time - and if so, when

 

🛠️ New configuration options in detail

Clearing billing
You can now specify yourself whether and how often automatic clearing should take place between participating partners - e.g. daily or only once a month.

Fee settlement
Fee settlement can also be controlled separately - regardless of the clearing frequency.

Points expiry
Another new feature is the option to automatically manage the expiry of points on vouchers or the customer account. You can also specify this:

• Whether a cancellation should take place

• When the expiry takes place

• Whether customers should be notified in advance by email

TYRIOS adheres to the legal framework: The expiry takes place at the beginning of the year, the reminder is automatically sent one month in advance - just in time for the Christmas season to specifically encourage Christmas shopping.

💡 Note: The automatic crediting of employee benefits was already customisable for each employee and remains flexible.
