Adjust opening hours

"Are you still open today?" - This question is one of the most frequent calls in the day-to-day business of many retailers. And it doesn't just come over the phone: customers also search for current opening hours on Google, on your website, on the till receipt or in your loyalty card app.
If they find different or outdated information, this can quickly lead to frustration - and in the worst case, to a lost sale because the customer thinks your shop is already closed.

Solution:
You can define your own opening hours for each branch / location

Go to the system settings as a user with extended rights
Click on System > System configuration in the customer area

Select the area System Data Management > Company locations
You will see all currently defined locations. Each location has its own opening times, which you can now customise.
- Save the settings.
Tips and Tricks:
By default, TYRIOS displays the opening hours in a special format so that Google can automatically read the customised opening hours from your website. To do this, TYRIOS automatically uses the corresponding address schema for address data. You should therefore always make sure that your company data is up to date.
