Personalisation is an important means of distinguishing yourself from large online shops. Giving the customer a specific contact person who takes care of their needs and satisfaction is one of the advantages that smaller providers in particular can utilise as a strength. For this reason, TYRIOS supports order-related clerks. You not only take care of the order, but can also be explicitly named as the contact person in customer communication.

Assigning clerks
In principle, any user can become the person responsible for an order. There are only two requirements, one of which must be met:
- The user is an administrator
- The user has been assigned the tag "OrderAssistant".
From this moment on, the clerk is available in a drop-down list within the order view:

The first administrator is selected as the default clerk by default.
Mail communication
The administrator is automatically stored as the reply-to address for all order-related emails. This means that all mails that the customer replies to are forwarded directly to the administrator.
However, you can also personalise the email text. Additional templates are available for this in the order mails. To do this, go to the customer area -> System -> Manage mail templates and edit the desired status template. The following templates are now available for customisation:

The samples are available in both the text mail and the HTML mail and simply need to be inserted in the desired position. They are then automatically replaced when the mail is sent or inserted in the mail editor for manual status mails.
