Description:

TYRIOS mailing offers you fully integrated newsletter management within the TYRIOS system. The user account has a fixed setting for whether the customer receives

  • general newsletters
  • newsletters on his purchased products
  • newsletters based on the product categories of his purchased products would like to receive.

The customer has the possibility to adjust this setting within his profile at any time. For this purpose, an unsubscribe link is available in the newsletter, which the customer can use to change the setting at any time. TYRIOS mailing also supports the corresponding mail headers so that modern e-mail programs can automatically recognise this unsubscribe link.

Solution:

To change the setting manually for a user, you must proceed as follows:

  1. As a logged-in user in the customer area, click on User administration > Manage users.
  2. Search for the corresponding user in the tabular overview.
  3. Click on the display icon to view the user profile. This is the same view that your client has.
  4. Click on the tab "Newsletter" and change the settings as desired.
  5. Save the setting.
