Deposit letter templates

Questions:

  • How do I store my own letter template in the system?

Description:

TYRIOS automatically creates a suitable letter template based on your company data and uses this letter template for your documents. The system takes the data for this from the system configuration. Here you can also change or expand the data at any time. 

At the same point, TYRIOS also allows you to store your own letter templates in PDF format.  

Solution:

  1. Go to System->System Configuration as a user with extended rights. 
  2. Search the System Data Management tab 
  3. Enter the legal data and save the settings. Alternatively, you can also save as many letter templates as you like in PDF format.

ATTENTION:  

TYRIOS only supports PDF templates up to PDF version 1.4.  

Tips und Tricks:

If you have saved the logo as an SVG logo in your system, the logo may be displayed too small. In this case, you should create your own letter template.
