Description:
With the fee-based "Subscription orders" module, TYRIOS offers the option of enabling customers to make fully automated subscription purchases. An order is automatically created and processed according to a predefined pattern. The customer has an overview of their subscription contracts in their profile and can easily cancel them. Necessary cancellation periods and minimum contract terms are automatically taken into account.
Customer access
The paid module provides customers with an additional link in the customer area
Customer area > Order management > Show subscription contracts
All existing subscription contracts are listed here, including their current status. The customer can display further details for each subscription order.
- The customer can already see the current status in the overview
- Clicking on the display takes the customer to the order with which the subscription contract was concluded.
- The customer can cancel the subscription contract by clicking on the stop button. The cancellation period and the minimum contract term for cancellation are then automatically taken into account.
- If the user clicks on the arrow, they will immediately see details of the subscription contract and can also cancel the subscription here.
The order view
The subscription contract can also be viewed in the order view. This access is possible for both the customer and the order processor. An additional subscription status field is displayed for each subscription item (the display differs depending on the user's authorisation)
clicking on the subscription status displays further details on the subscription. The subscription can also be cancelled here.
How do I find the order with the subscription contract?
As a clerk, you can find the order via the normal order management under
Customer area > Order management > Manage orders
you can quickly filter the desired order by customer and product data. We also recommend that you mark the orders with subscription contracts using Tag / Order status. This also enables quick filtering.
