This section manages the banking information required for invoice payments, direct debit processing, and SEPA payment generation. We will show you, step by step, how to:

Update Bank Details: Store your company Account Holder, IBAN, and BIC.

Define SEPA Formats: Select specific direct debit and credit transfer formats for financial workflows.
Solution:

Navigate to System Data Management in the System.
System → System Settings → System Configuration → System Data Management

Navigate to Bank Account Settings - Navigate to the Bank Account Settings section within your System Data Management configuration.

Enter Bank Account Details
Fill out the Bank Account Fields. You must input the Account Holder name, the IBAN, and the BIC

Select SEPA Formats
In the SEPA Configuration Fields section, choose your required SEPA Direct Debit Format and SEPA Credit Transfer Format from the dropdown menus (e.g., SEPA PAIN 008.003.02).
