Draft vs Published Versions Explained
Questions:
- What is a draft version of a legal document in TYRIOS?
- What happens when I publish a legal document?
- Can published legal content be changed or edited?
- How does TYRIOS handle legal document version history?
Description:
TYRIOS uses a secure draft and publish workflow to manage legal documents such as Imprint, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
This workflow ensures that all legal texts are versioned, traceable, and legally safe.
Admins can freely edit documents in draft mode without affecting live content.
Once published, each version becomes immutable, creating a reliable audit trail and ensuring compliance across the website, checkout, and emails.
Solution:
Edit and Publish a Legal Document
- Log in to your TYRIOS as 'Admin'
-
Follow this path
System -> Manage Legal Documents
- Select a document type (e.g., Imprint, Terms, Privacy)
- Edit the content in the editor — all changes are saved as a Draft
- Save the draft anytime without publishing (nothing goes live yet)
- Click Publish when everything looks right
That’s it! Your updated document is now live everywhere.
