Edit PDF templates for documents
Questions:
- How can I add a letter template?
- How can I edit the spacing in PDF templates?
Description:
TYRIOS automatically creates a letter template for all locations so that you do not have to create your own templates. TYRIOS uses the company and bank information stored in the system settings. However, you can create your own templates at any time and thus deactivate the automatic template generation.
The letter templates defined in this way are used in the order management document system. They are used for PDFs for invoices, quotations or delivery notes, for example. In the default setting, the documents generated are compatible with DIN 5008 (Form A). In concrete terms, this means
- The address window is 27 mm from the top.
- The meta properties are 32 mm from the top.
We also assume that the footer starts 55 mm from the bottom and that a corresponding distance should be maintained here.
You can change these settings for all documents at any time.
