As an admin, you can see and control everything in your account—customers, employees, orders, and products.

So before you start using TYRIOS, it’s a good idea to spend a minute checking your profile details.

Make sure your email and password are correct and secure. A strong password helps protect your account and all your data.

A few things to know first
  • When you log in as an admin for the first time, the default username is admin.
  • You can change the username later if you want.
  • Check that your email address is correct so you don’t miss important updates.
  • For better security, it’s recommended to change your password right away.

How to update your profile?

You need to be logged in to update your profile

  1. Click the user icon at the top-right corner.
  2. Click My Profile.
  3. Check your email address and update it if needed.
  4. Check your username and update it if required.
  5. Update your password to keep your account secure.

Next to the password field, you’ll see a small indicator that shows how strong your password is.

Try to choose a password that:

  • Has at least one capital letter.
  • Has at least one small letter.
  • Includes a number.
  • Includes a special character.
  • Has at least 8 characters long.

Tips and Tricks:

The most important thing to remember!!!
  1. Admin can do everything An admin account has full control—so use it carefully.

  2. Create a second account for daily use Set up a normal user account for yourself to use every day.

  3. Use admin access only when needed Log in as admin only for important changes or setup tasks.

  4. Avoid accidental mistakes - This helps prevent accidental changes, deleted data, or wrong settings.

  5. Keep things safer overall - Using a second account most of the time helps keep your system and data protected & secure.
