Guarantee prices on offer for a certain period of time

TYRIOS is not just an online shop, it allows you to freely create quotes for your customers and send them to your customers. Instead of viewing a quote as a PDF, the customer can conveniently view your quote on your website. This gives you many options, e.g. you can add additional information such as images or even videos to individual items to better convince the customer.
Of course, the offer on your website is responsive. This is important because most people today view emails and therefore your offer on their mobile phones. PDF offers are a real hindrance. With TYRIOS, you can ensure that the quote is optimised for viewing and can then be ordered directly.
Solution:
You can create a quote in TYRIOS in two ways. Either in the classic way via an online shop function, in which you present your offer to the customer in the form of products. The customer can then simply add the offer to the shopping basket. TYRIOS supports both standard products and completely customised and configurable products - e.g. services (ski service, tennis racket stringing service, team sports service for printing textiles, etc.).
Alternatively, you can also create a quote via the backend. All you have to do is create an order manually and set it to draft mode.
Offers with a special price
TYRIOS ensures that prices are automatically adjusted in open shopping baskets and offers as soon as the prices in the merchandise management system change. This ensures that no old prices remain unchanged. Sometimes, however, you want the customer to receive a special price. In this case, you must guarantee the price.
- Go to the relevant order and select the corresponding item.
- Expand the item display and click on the ‘Price indication’ tab

The ‘Price guarantee until’ field is available here. Here you can specify how long the price should be valid for.
- Please note: By default, TYRIOS assumes that the merchandise management system defines the prices. So if you have entered a special price but have not defined a price guarantee, TYRIOS will overwrite the offer the next time the product is updated.
