Tyrios is a web-based platform that allows you to manage digital displays through any browser. You organize content by creating a Playlist and adding Slides, which represent individual screen layouts.

Each slide is customized using Web Components like text, images, and video. The workflow is automated: clicking Append to add a slide immediately opens Slide Settings to configure duration, scheduling (Valid From/Until), and transitions.

Once your design is finished, you must click the Save button to push your content live to connected devices.

Solution:

Create or Open a Playlist

  • Navigate to Content Management in Tyrios.

  • Open an existing playlist or select the option to create a new one.

  • Enter a Playlist Title (e.g., "EN Golden Coffee Shop").

Add a New Slides

  • Locate the SLIDES section.

  • Click the + Append button to add a new slide to your playlist.

  • Each slide you add represents one unique screen layout for your display.

Enter Slide Settings

  • The Slide Settings screen will open automatically after appending.

  • Enter the required Slide Title.

  • Set the Duration (how long the slide stays on screen).

  • Optionally, set Valid From / Valid Until dates for scheduled content.

  • Choose the QR code position under Client Mode Settings if interactive features are needed.

Click Icon & Add a Component

  • Click the Add Component (plus icon) in the slide's content area.

  • Choose a component from the list (Text, Image, Video, or Button).

  • The selected component will appear on the slide workspace.

  • Use the Sidebar Media Options to upload files or adjust specific settings for images and videos.

  • Once all components are added and the settings are configured, go to the top-left of the screen and click the Save button.

Tips and Tricks:

  • Naming Conventions: Always use descriptive Playlist and Slide titles to make searching and updates easier later.

  • Visual Polish: Use the Intro Transition setting in the slide configuration to create professional movements between content changes.

  • Automated Scheduling: Use the Valid From and Valid Until fields to pre-load holiday or weekend promotions that will disappear automatically when finished.

  • Efficient Editing: When working with images or videos, keep the Sidebar open to quickly swap assets or change media settings without leaving the slide view.
