Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) provides a critical layer of protection for your account data.

  • Access Disable (2FA): Locate Disable (2FA) in My Profile page.

  • Verify Your Identity: Use your active authenticator app to safely remove the 2FA requirement.

Solution:

  1. Go to My Profile - Click on the user profile icon from header option
  2. Navigate to your user settings by selecting "My Profile" from your main dashboard menu.
  3. Click Disable 2FA

    Locate the Two-Factor Authentication section and click the "Disable 2FA" button.This option is availabel only after activating Two Factor Authentication(2FA).

  4. Enter Your Verification Code

    A security prompt will appear. Open your linked authenticator app and type in the current one-time passcode (OTP).

  5. Verify and Save

    Click "Verify" to confirm the action. You will see a success message, and 2FA will be immediately removed from your account.
