- Click 'System'
- Navigate to System Settings → Redirect URLs
- Locate the redirect in the list that you want to edit
- Click the three-dots (⋮) menu next to it
- Click Edit option
- Update Source URL, Target URL, or Redirect Type
- Click Save to apply the changes
