Description:

We have fundamentally revised the PDF template for receipts such as invoices, quotations and delivery notes:

  • We have now moved the tax information to the second position so that the total price can appear as the last column.
  • We now ensure that all information after the address block only appears after the fold and therefore cannot slip into the viewing window of an envelope.
  • We now also output the fold marks in accordance with DIN 5008.
  • With all new instances, the documents are automatically compliant with DIN 5008, in particular the spacing from the top for the header area and from the bottom for the footer area.
  • The spacing can now be configured individually in the system settings.

 

Your system has been updated automatically. The old spacing has been retained in order to continue to support your PDF template. However, we recommend adjusting the spacing to DIN 5008, which will most likely require you to customise your PDF template. However, this adjustment will ensure that the address block is always correctly visible in the address window.
