Inventory Management in TYRIOS

TYRIOS pim offers you a very comprehensive and powerful warehouse management system with which you can realise different use cases. Here is an overview of the possibilities.

Location and warehouse definitions

You can manage any number of locations and warehouses in TYRIOS pim. This includes not only your own warehouses but also your suppliers' warehouses. This means that you not only know in real time what you have in the shop, but also - if your suppliers support it - whether you can still reorder the item.

For each warehouse, you can individually specify whether the warehouse should be public or not. public warehouses are displayed in your digital shop window and in your online shop. This allows you to optimally link your digital shop window with your brick-and-mortar shop, as the customer is able to see local availability at any time. Each warehouse can also be stored with an address and Google location data. This means you can not only transfer your stock levels to Google in real time for Google Locales, but also guide your visitors to your locations using Google Maps.

Three-stage live inventory

TYRIOS offers you three-stage stock management, which you can define individually at product level.

• Non-stock items: You can specifically remove service items and items without their own stock from warehouse management
• Real-time stock levels: Count your product stock for each warehouse. The system can automatically adjust the delivery time, react to stock shortages and ensure that products are not sold online in excess of stock levels.
• Ident management: Extends real-time warehouse management to include ident management. Each individual product is given a unique ID number at goods receipt, which you can use to track the entire life cycle of the individual product (Ident).

TYRIOS supports a live inventory for all stockable items for all warehouses - both for your own locations and for external warehouses. This allows you to ensure that you only offer items for sale in the online shop that are actually available. At the same time, you avoid having to sell an item in a physical shop if it has already been sold online.

Transparent stock history

Each stockable product has a transparent stock history for each warehouse, which allows you to track the current stock and the value of the goods at any given time. Our TYRIOS order management system, the TYRIOS pim POS system and our TYRIOS supplier management system are seamlessly integrated so that your stock is updated in real time. This real-time inventory allows you to always have an up-to-date view of your company.

• Delivery notes, invoices and online orders can update your stock as soon as they are created - without any additional effort.
• Sales at the checkout immediately update the stock in your online shop
• Incoming goods are recorded immediately and updated online. This gives you a real competitive advantage over your competitors.

Seamless integration means that the corresponding document is stored for every stock allocation. This means you can access the corresponding invoice, receipt and incoming delivery note with just one click.

Of course, external systems can also be connected at any time via the open API interfaces in TYRIOS. You can not only update the stock levels, but also store links to the external systems to ensure full traceability.

Ident management

Product-specific warehouse management is often not detailed enough. You need traceability for each individual product instance. Just right for the ident management integrated in TYRIOS. With this, each individual product instance is given a unique, unambiguous ID number when goods are received.

You need ident management in the following cases, for example:

• Your items have a serial number
• Your item has an import number
• Your item has a best-before date
• In the event of a complaint, you want to ensure that the item in question was actually sold.

Ident management systematically records the required data when goods are received and ensures that it has been assigned to the customer at the time of purchase. You can specify at item level whether customer assets should be created automatically.

TYRIOS supports complete traceability on individual products with ident management. This opens up a number of possibilities:

• You can track the complete life cycle of a product in your company. From goods receipt to sale, you know exactly when the item arrived, which delivery it came with, how long it has been in the warehouse and when it was sent to which customer.
• You can notify customers specifically if a defect is found in a delivery. all ID numbers are linked to the delivery note via the goods receipt process in TYRIOS supplier and are linked to all customer sales. Whether in the online shop, at the checkout or in the hire shop, you always know where the item was last located.
• You can identify faulty deliveries if there are a conspicuous number of complaints about an order. you can use order management to

Of course, the label printing integrated in TYRIOS takes into account whether ident management has been activated.

Automation in the warehouse process

TYRIOS allows you to automatically adjust your product master data to the stock levels.

• You can have the delivery time automatically increased if an order is placed in excess of the stock level.
• You can generally avoid ordering more than the stock level.
• You can automatically mark the item as unavailable when stock runs low, depublish it or even delete it. This allows you to keep your inventory management system fully automatically clean.

TYRIOS even allows you to reorder items automatically. However, this depends on the supplier and usually requires customised implementation.
