Manage Customer Assets
Description:
With TYRIOS contact, TYRIOS offers you the option of managing customer assets. In a customer asset, you record the information about which products the customer has. Customer assets help you systematically optimise your sales. In combination with TYRIOS pim, you can link the assets to your merchandise management system at any time and have them created fully automatically.
Solution:
Manage customer assets
- As a user with extended rights, go to the customer area > User management > Manage customer assets
- You will see all currently managed customer assets in a tabular overview. You can filter by products or customers.
Create and edit customer assets manually
- As a user with extended rights, go to the customer area > User management > Manage customer assets
- Click on "New" in the menu or search for the desired entry and click on "Edit customer asset" in the line menu
- Enter the user and the product name. Optionally, you can also enter the brand, the serial number and the current value of the goods
- If you also use TYRIOS pim, you can also select an ID number or a product from the merchandise management system. Missing information will be added automatically.
- Determine whether the asset is currently active - i.e. whether the product is currently with the customer.
- Save the asset.
Manage customer assets automatically
In combination with TYRIOS pim, TYRIOS can automatically create customer assets and activate or deactivate them again. The prerequisite is that ident management is activated for the desired articles. In this case, TYRIOS is able to automatically link the respective user and the asset via the ident number. This means that serial numbers, import numbers or external ID numbers can also be stored and linked.
