How do you convince your customers that you are the right one? Customer trust is essential in the eCommerce sector - especially when it comes to high-priced products. This is why many rating systems such as TrustedShops have become established. However, many of our customers find the costs of these rating systems too high. What's more, the number of reviews falls well short of what is possible. Reason enough to tackle this.
Intelligent collection of reviews
To increase the number of reviews, TYRIOS is now asking existing customers to rate their order in a multi-stage process:

Ask for a review in an initial mail shortly after completing the order. The email links directly to an intuitive review form that already contains all relevant order and contact details. This avoids unnecessarily long forms and noticeably increases the review rate.

If you use TrustedShops, your customer will be forwarded directly to the TrustedShops review form. All order and customer data is already filled in here too.

If the customer does not submit a rating, you can ask for a shop rating again after a specified period of time. Here too, the rating forms are designed so that your customer can submit a rating quickly and easily.
TYRIOS automatically synchronises the reviews from TrustedShops if required, ensuring that no customer is asked to leave a review more than once. -
Use the integrated voucher system to increase your ratings. On request, TYRIOS automatically creates vouchers for each review and sends them to your customers autonomously. This way, you not only increase your review rate, but also benefit from greater customer loyalty in the long term.
Of course, it is not only possible for the customer to rate the order via an email request. they can also use the customer-specific order overview to rate an order at any time in their customer area.

Customers demonstrably trust the reviews of other customers. That's why you can now show your customers how good your shop is immediately and on every page with the rating widget . The widget naturally adapts responsively to any available browser size.

If you use the TrustedBadge widget from TrustedShops, the TYRIOS rating widget will not be displayed.
- The rating widget is linked to a new rating overview. Here, your customers can read through all the reviews in detail and convince themselves of your expertise. But that's not all: your company data is also presented in detail and semantically correctly in the overview. This enables Google, for example, to systematically assign these reviews to your company.

ATTENTION: Google displays the rating in the search for the company. It is not displayed in AdWords or in the product search. For this, the reviews must come from an independent third party (e.g. TrustedShops). - The latest reviews are now displayed prominently in the shopping basket to convince your customers of the security of your online shop when they make a purchase. When using TrustedShops, the shop's own widget is replaced by the Trusted Shops widget.
Product reviews
Once you have convinced your visitors that you are trustworthy, how do you convince your customers to buy the right product? Here too, product reviews have proven to be extremely helpful in the past.
Intelligent collection
similar to shop reviews, there is now a multi-stage process that you can use to ask your customers for product reviews. These requests are usually sent much later than the request for shop reviews, as we want to give your customers enough time to gain initial experience with the product.
The email request contains a link where the customer can rate all products in their order - and even from previous orders - with just one page view. Of course, all relevant information about the user is already stored here too, so that only the most necessary fields need to be filled in.

using the individual product types, you are able to enable additional detailed ratings (here "Quality", "Appearance"). These are then presented in a structured way with the product.
Customers can also submit reviews directly with the product - even without a customer account. If we can identify the customer, the review is labelled as a "verified purchase", which further improves confidence in the review.

The individual product reviews are clearly presented next to the product. Visitors can now find a summary of all reviews and can then view each review in detail.

Of course, we have also made sure that the realisation is semantically correct. This allows Google to systematically recognise the product reviews and thus place your products more prominently in both the generic search and the product search:
