Description:
TYRIOS allows you to define item-specific freight costs in addition to the system-wide shipping costs. These apply additionally and are added to the general shipping costs accordingly.
How to proceed
- Navigate to the relevant article and click on "Edit article".
- Click on the "Price" tab
- In the "Shipping prices" section, you can now enter the additional shipping costs. Make sure that these are entered net. Alternatively, you can also specify here that this item is to be shipped free of charge or is only offered for collection.
- Save the item
Conditions for free shipping
You can specify on the item that the shipping costs are only waived under certain conditions.
- Go to the relevant item and click on "Edit item".
- Click on the "Price" tab
- If you have selected the "Free shipping" option, you will see a "+" button that you can use to add conditions. These are the same conditions that you have in the shipping options management. If all conditions are met, the item will be shipped free of charge. If additional shipping costs are defined for the item, these will not be charged. In this case, the free shipping costs take precedence.
