Set email copy for document delivery

Questions:

  • How can the caseworker automatically receive an email copy of sent documents?
  • How can I deactivate the automatically created email copy for documents?

Description:

By default, TYRIOS sends an e-mail copy to the clerk for all outgoing e-mails with document data. This has a legal background. After all, you should always be able to prove when you send commercially relevant emails to your customers. This is traditionally done via your email account, which should already have GoDB-compliant archiving(more information on GoDB-compliant email archiving).

You can deactivate or reactivate the sending of the copy at any time in the system settings.

Solution:

  1. As a user with extended rights, go to Customer area > System > System configuration
  2. In the "Document management" area, select the setting "Send the document as a blind copy to the clerk"
  3. Save the settings

Tips and Tricks:

TYRIOS automatically archives every outgoing e-mail in the system's mail log. However, this is not a GoDB-compliant archive.

Depending on the e-mail provider, the dispatch is already archived in the "Sent e-mails" folder within the e-mail account (e.g. Gmail). However, this does not apply to all e-mail providers. Please therefore check for yourself whether the setting is necessary.
