Stop asking customers for reviews
Questions:
- How do I create a blacklist?
Description:
Customer reviews are an important tool when it comes to gaining the trust of website visitors. Studies repeatedly show that a large majority of visitors believe statements from other customers. This is why TYRIOS automatically asks customers to rate the order or the products they have ordered by e-mail once they have completed an order. However, there are situations where this is exactly what you don't want.
TYRIOS has its own blacklist management system that allows users to add themselves to a blacklist. All you have to do is insert the pattern ##blacklistLink## in the corresponding mail templates. This pattern is then automatically replaced by a link in the mail request with which the customer can manage their blacklist settings.
Of course, as an administrator you also have the option of adding an email address to the blacklist manually. To do this, go to the user area under Marketing -> Manage blacklist. You will receive a list of all blacklist entries. you can add a new entry via the "New" menu item.

Now enter the desired e-mail address and select a blacklist mode. Here you can choose whether all mail requests should be omitted or whether this only applies to order or product reviews. After saving, the entry is active and will be taken into account for future mail requests.
