Store email templates for documents

Description:
TYRIOS® allows you to store a separate mail template for each document type (quotation, invoice, delivery note, etc.). There is also a cross-type template that is used whenever no separate template exists. As a user with extended administration rights, you can customise these templates to your own requirements at any time.
Solution:
- As a user with extended rights, go to System > Manage mail templates in the customer area
- All templates provided by the system are listed. Under Functions, you can edit the corresponding mail template or - if a template is stored - delete it.
- Search for the voucher mail of your choice. The standard mail is "Receipt mail standard". All others are "Voucher mail 'Invoice'" (or according to your document types defined in the system)
- Click on Edit template.
- You can now customise the template according to your requirements. We recommend that you define an HTML template, the text mail will then be generated automatically from this template. However, you can also define it manually.
Tips and Tricks:
As in all mail templates, templates are also supported here, which are replaced with the individual values when they are sent. These can be found at the bottom of the editor.
As in order management, it is advisable to personalise receipt emails. This makes your company more tangible for the customer and you can differentiate yourself better from the global players through individuality. The key factor here is the person responsible for the document. The personal contact details are also taken from this person if this is stored in the template.
