The service has a fully integrated recommendation engine and displays real recommendations alongside search results - not only in search results, but also in product overviews, on article detail pages, on landing pages and much more.

 

Fully automated data analysis

Many people talk about big data - with us, you actually use it. TYRIOS search analyses your product data and the browsing and purchasing behaviour of your customers fully automatically in the background and calculates the optimal product recommendations for each individual visitor. Product analysis

By transferring product data from your online shop, the textual product descriptions are analysed in real time. Based on the fully automated language analysis, TYRIOS search analyses every word for its relevance and thus knows which terms are particularly important for a product:

Analysis of browsing and purchasing behaviour

The product description of your products is essential for generating search results and recommendations. By analysing the browsing and purchasing behaviour of your customers, these are also significantly improved. To this end, TYRIOS search has a special event system that provides you with four different types of event:

  1. Purchase: indicates the purchase of a product
  2. Rating: indicates the rating of a product
  3. Comment: indicates a comment on a product
  4. View: indicates the view of a product detail page

Every event is stored in a big data architecture in real time. The system automatically generates information from them in order to provide your customers with optimised search results and recommendations. Recommend the products to your customers that

  • most frequently purchased,
  • best rated,
  • most frequently commented on and
  • viewed as often as possible.

Naturally, all these factors are taken into account at the same time.

 

Strict data protection

The analysis of surfing and purchasing behaviour is a real added value to significantly improve your offer. This makes it all the more important not to lose the trust of your customers.

 

TYRIOS search therefore relies on very strict anonymisation. The design of the interface ensures that TYRIOS search cannot store personal data such as IP addresses, names, customer numbers or similar at any time [1]. It is therefore not possible for us to assign user profiles to individual customers. Our software therefore adheres strictly to the requirements of the Do-Not-Track initiative. Nevertheless, it is possible to display customised recommendations for a user.

 

[1] In principle, you have the option of transferring customer data to TYRIOS search via self-defined fields and then saving it for search purposes. However, no profiles are created and there is no merging with surfing and purchasing behaviour via the event system.
