Description:
Stock Transfer lets you move product quantity from one warehouse to another.
For example, moving items from your main warehouse to a store or branch.
The Stock Transfer Export helps you download an Excel report showing who moved what, when, and between which warehouses.
This is useful for :

Solution:
Steps to create a stock transfer
You can create a stock transfer directly from the Product Overview.

Go to Product Overview
Product Management -> Product -> Manage Products
- Click the three dots next to the product you want
- Click the Stock Transfer option
- A side panel will open

Enter Transfer Details
Fill in the following fields:

Outgoing Warehouse
→ The warehouse where the stock is coming from -
Ingoing Warehouse
→ The warehouse where the stock is going to -
Message (Required)
→ Add a short note like “Restock branch” or “Internal transfer” -
Quantity
→ Enter how many items you want to move

Save the Transfer

Click Save

If everything is correct:

You’ll see a success message

The side panel closes automatically

If something is wrong:

An error message will tell you what needs fixing

You cannot select the same warehouse for both outgoing and ingoing

Quantity must be greater than 0
