Automatic status change on receipt of payment

Description:

TYRIOS can automatically confirm receipt of payment with certain payment providers and change the order status. The following payment providers are supported:

Paypal
Paypal Plus
Instant bank transfer
Unzer with purchase on account, direct debit and credit card
Secupay with purchase on account, direct debit and credit card

These payment providers actively inform TYRIOS of the payment success with the confirmation of the payment, so that an automatic payment change is possible.

Solution:

TYRIOS does not change status by default. This must be stored in the system:

As a user with extended rights, go to the customer area > System > System configuration
Select the "Order management" tab
Here you will find the section "Processing"
Activate the setting "Activate automatic status change on receipt of payment" and select the desired status.

TYRIOS automatically sends a status mail when a status is entered, if stored. For automatic status changes, you can specify here whether this should also happen here.

Please note that activation may result in the customer receiving two emails within a few seconds. One is the order confirmation and the other is the payment confirmation.
