  • How to import user?

Description:

TYRIOS offers you the option of importing users into the user list or updating existing users via TYRIOS contact. At least the standard user importer is available. However, individual interfaces to merchandise management and ERP systems are also possible via the importer framework.

In the case of an update, only the fields that are filled in are taken into account. You can therefore also provide only a part of the fields during the import.

The address and SEPA data are appended to the user if these data do not already exist. An address or SEPA data object is automatically created.

To import, proceed as follows:

  1. Save the file in CSV format with UTF-8 encoding.
  2. Go to the User Area > User Administration > Manage Users
  3. Click on Import and select the standard importer.
  4. Upload the file. The import starts automatically and creates the users accordingly.
