Printing Product Labels
Description:
A good enterprise resource planning system must allow individual product labels to be printed directly at goods receipt and the individual items to be labelled directly in the goods receipt process. Of course, this also applies to TYRIOS. The labels can be configured very flexibly and adapted to different formats.
Labels with QR code and barcode
TYRIOS consistently follows the philosophy of linking the different sales channels online and offline. This means that the labels can not only be simply marked with a barcode, but they can also be provided with an additional QR code. This QR code directs the customer to the product detail page on the website. This gives him the opportunity to obtain comprehensive product descriptions, suitable accessories and customer opinions on the article, even without a personal consultation.
In addition to simple inventory management, TYRIOS also supports ident management, where each individual product is assigned its own ident number. The label function automatically recognizes whether the respective article is an article with the standard stock function or with the Ident function and indicates either the article number or the Ident number accordingly. You can recognize this by the prefix "IN-" for ident number outputs. The POS system as well as the order management automatically recognize by the pattern whether it is an ident number or an article number.

Tips und Tricks:
We strongly recommend that you print your own labels on all items and especially wear items even with labels that cannot be easily removed (e.g. by laser engraving). This way you make it easy for the customer to easily reorder the item. All he has to do is scan the QR code with his cell phone and he can easily reorder the item. This way, you make it easy for your customers to become regular customers.
