The Networking section allows administrators to configure links to external social media and communication platforms. We will show you, step by step, how to:

  • Add Network Links: Connect your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other accounts.

  • Manage Profiles: Edit or remove existing communication channels.

Solution:

  1. Open Networking Configuration -"System - System Settings - System Configuration - System Data Management - Networking"
  2. Add Profile URLs -Enter the direct profile URLs for your supported platforms.The system supports Facebook, WhatsApp, Skype, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Xing, and more.
  3. Edit or Remove Links

    To update a profile, simply replace the existing URL with the new one. To remove a platform from your website, delete the URL from the respective field.

  4. Save and Verify -Click save.The system will ensure URLs are stored correctly and that the corresponding social icons are displayed accurately on your website.
