Administrators can define the standard PDF template and select the default hardware used for document generation and output operations. We will show you, step by step, how to:

  • Upload PDF Templates: Define the standard look for generated documents.

  • Assign Default Printers: Route document output to the correct hardware.

Solution:

  1. Navigate to System Data Management in the System.
    System → System Settings → System Configuration → System Data Management
  2. Open PDF and Printer Settings - Access the Default PDF Template and Default Printer Configuration sections located within System Data Management.
  3. Assign the Default PDF Template

    Upload a new template directly from your device, or select an existing template from the Media Library.

  4. Select the Default Printer

    Open the printer dropdown menu and select the default hardware you wish to use for document output operations.

  5. Save Your Settings

    Click save. The system will ensure your selected printer remains assigned and the PDF template persists across all sessions.
