Telefon als Pflichtangabe in Bestellungen


  • Wie kann ich die Telefonnummer als Pflichtfeld in einer Bestellung abfragen lassen?


Gerade bei Speditionslieferungen aber auch bei Spezialshops kann es notwending sein, dass man die Telefonnummer für eine optimale Lieferung benötigt. TYRIOS kann dies vollautomatisch abfragen.

Bitte beachten

Bei der Telefonnummer handelt es sich um personenbezogene Daten. Du musst nach DSGVO also eine gute Begründung haben, warum die Abfrage der Telefonnummer notwendig ist. 


  1. Gehe als Administrator in den Kundebereich > System
  2. Klicke auf Systemeinstellungen
  3. Wähle den Bereich "Shop-Verwaltung"
  4. Aktiviere die Einstellung "Telefon als Pflichtangabe"

Ab jetzt wird die Telefonnummer im Rahmen der Kontaktdaten abgefragt.

Tips und Tricks:

Im Auftragseditor hast du jederzeit die Möglichkeit, eine Kontakt-Telefonnummer zu hinterlegen. Wenn beim Kunden in den Benutzerdaten eine Kontakt-Telefonnummer hinterlegt ist, wird diese automatisch hier angegeben.
