The Company Locations section allows businesses to maintain multiple office locations, branches, warehouses, or stores. We will show you, step by step, how to:

Add & Edit Locations: Set up your primary and secondary addresses with mandatory and optional contact details.

Configure Opening Hours: Define exact operational schedules for each specific location.
Solution:

Navigate to System Data Management in the System.
System → System Settings → System Configuration → System Data Management

Access Company Locations - Navigate to the Company Locations section within your System Data Management configuration.

Add new location by clicking on 'Add New Location' Button

Pop will be opened to eneter new company location.

Enter Mandatory Address Details.
To create a new location, you must fill in the mandatory fields: Street, Street Number, Postal Code, City, and Country.

Add Optional Contact Info
Each location can have its own contact information. Enter optional details such as the location's specific Email, Phone Number, and Fax Number.

Configure Opening Hours -Opening hours can be configured individually for Monday through Sunday. Set the specific Start Time and End Time for each operational day.

Click on "Apply" to save new location in system data managemnet

Save the Location -Click "save" to store your new branch in your system. You can return to this menu at any time to edit existing locations or delete locations that are no longer active.
